We always aim to provide reliable, transparent, and satisfactory service to every customer.
This Refund and Return Policy explains when and how refunds may apply to our services.


1. No Return Policy

HF Service Centre provides service-based work, not physical products.
Therefore, there are no returns or exchanges applicable once a service has been provided.

However, we are always happy to assist if you face any issue related to the service done by our technician.


2. Refund Policy

We provide refunds only in specific cases as listed below:

  • If the technician was unable to repair the appliance and no service was performed.

  • If you cancel the booking before the technician is dispatched.

  • If an advance payment was made but the service could not be completed due to our scheduling issue.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • The service has been completed successfully.

  • You are dissatisfied for reasons not related to service quality.

  • Physical or electrical damage occurs after our service.

  • Any spare parts purchased or installed have already been used.


3. Inspection and Visiting Charges

If our technician visits your location and performs an inspection, a visiting charge may apply.
This fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to continue with the repair.


4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  • You can raise a request within 48 hours of service cancellation or issue.

  • Our support team will verify the details and approve the refund if applicable.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


5. Service Warranty

In case of any issue after service, we offer a limited warranty (if mentioned during service).
Instead of a refund, we may provide a free re-visit or repair correction under warranty terms.
